1/ oemake unslung-image

2/ slugtool unpack the resulting image

3/ put the ramdisk.gz in your tftpboot area

4/ reboot the slug and interrupt redboot

5/ type "move" to move the unslung-1.11-beta kernel from flash to ram (assuming you're unslung - otherwise, just put the unslung-1.11-beta kernel in tftpboot too)

6/ load ramdisk.gz as normal from tftp

7/ if you did get the unslung kernel from flash with "move", then load it tftp now

8/ exec 0x01d00000

[make sure you don't have a disk attached]
