Compile a 2.6-kernel for the DS101

To do this, you'll need a working development environment.

  • cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@nslu.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/nslu login
  • Just press enter when asked for a password
  • cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@nslu.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/nslu co -P kernel

This will create a folder called "kernel". Take a look at the Makefile for hints on what to fetch before compiling.
